• We are open from 8AM-5PM for the main office located on the bottom floor of the Piper Academic Center. The Nightime HelpDesk is available from 5PM-12AM. Both can be reached at 618-537-6445

• Information Technology's main office is open 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.
  Our HelpDesk line (ext. 6445) can be reached from 8AM until 12AM, Monday-Friday.
  Come by and see us some time!

• Students are allowed 50 Megabytes of storage total. At 45 Megabytes a student will only be able to receive e-mails but will not be able to send.
• Employees are allotted 300 Megabytes of e-mail storage total. At 270 Megabytes an employee will begin be unable to send e-mails.

• Students are allocated 500 Megabytes of storage on their network drive.

1 - From your desktop double-click on "My Computer"
2 - Find the "Address bar" at the top of the "My Computer" window
3 - Enter ftp://docs.mckendree.edu into the address bar


4 - You will be prompted to enter your username and password


5 - After you enter your username and password your Network Drive should open up as normal

Accessing your "H:" Drive from Mac OS X

1 - From the Finder menu, select "Go"
2 - Select "Connect to Server"
3 - Enter ftp://docs.mckendree.edu for the server address
4 - Enter your username and password when prompted
5 - Your network share will open in a new Finder window
