Maintenance Policies

Server maintenance is completed prior to or after regular business hours, except in the case of emergencies.

Server maintenance may also be completed during holiday breaks.

In the case of emergencies where servers need to be worked on immediately, users will be notified by e-mail or voice mail if possible.
